I THINK YOU CAN Series.

(Inspired by the self-limiting "I could never do that" response when we see something SUPER COOL but outside of our comfort zone)
 
So, I thought I'd remind you that you CAN!
You are limitless + capable of anything you put your mind to.
 
These self-limiting beliefs often pop up as resistance to my style of movement. Women instantly believe it will be too much to learn, take in, etc.
 
Ummm...I think you can. ðŸ˜‰
 
First up:
I Think You Can: SAIL.
 
"Sail" by AWOLNATION is the most choreographed track of our Week 01 workout, and it is also the most fun. It's everything -- total body sculpting, strength and sweat. Once you learn the sequence, you will feel so powerful doing the moves. 
 
But at first glance -- this one can feel a little overwhelming. Especially if you're not used to this type of flow. It's easy to take one look and instantly think 'I could never do that'
 
Today, you will learn that YOU CAN! 
 
In this 15ish minute session I break down the choreography + give you a lil' workout at the same time. You'll end feeling completely sculpted AND completely confident in the movement.
