Hey you! Welcome to Intro Week!

First things first, let's give a shout-out + round of applause to all the new participants joining us. It takes so much courage to try something new. I'm happy you're here, and I want you to feel just how supported you are. Online doesn't have to = disconnected. You have a lovely community of women doing this right along with you, and you have a coach + cheerleader ready to support. 

Second of all, shout out to all the returning participants! It also takes courage to dig deeper, and to stay rooted in something for a second round. Whew, you're in for it (in the best way imaginable). Just take a moment to think of what this experience will be like for you. The learning curve (for the most part) is over, so now -- you get to sink your teeth into this. You get to take the moves, make them your own, and perform. This will make a huge difference in your physical results/progress, as there is a big difference in our exertion levels. Our exertion while we are in learning mode is usually a bit more confined. Our exertion + range of motion when we are familiar with the movement is soooo grand. You might just find that when it comes to transformation -- the second time is the charm!

So let's talk about how Intro Week flows -- 

There are 5 quick workouts under 20 minutes, along with one full workout coming in at 47 minutes. 

The only thing I care about, is that you do the workouts in the exact order shown.

Your intro week workouts come from The Core Collection. These workouts are so perfect, as they highlight the moves you'll see most frequently in the collective: Signature Side Angles, Half Moon, L Squat. You'll also learn the Sail choreography this week, which will give you such a boost going into Week 1!
