Workout 1: Signature Side Angles (11 min)

Welcome to your first workout! 
The Signature Side Angle pops up in every workout during the collective! Whether we use it in the warm-up as an opening side-body stretch, or drop into full reps -- it's a staple and for good reason.

The Side Angle (yoga inspired) is one of my favorite moves for overall core strength, but most of all (if I'm being honest) it's my favorite for the waistline cinching + sculpting effects. This move is the queen of lean lines, and is responsible for carving out those gorgeous 11 lines. 

The most important thing to remember with this (and every) practice: We do not believe in "no pain, no gain". You should never feel pain during our workouts, so please be respectful of your body + your current range of motion. If you feel pain or strain, pull back. Be sure to keep your chest + shoulders open, as lower back strain most often happens when we turn in (rotating the body in the direction you're leaning).
