Welcome back! Today I want you to experience the power of two things:

  1. Repetition
  2. Music-driven movement

Once we leap into the collective we'll keep the same MOVE practice in rotation all week. Your first round is always a learning experience, with confidence kicking in during round 2 + 3. So today, I want you to have that experience. I want you to feel the boost in confidence that comes from repetition + familiarity! 

I also want you to feel the power of music-driven movement, so at the end of your technique class -- we put these moves to music. Have so much fun!
